Every enquiry from your website form and/or a dedicated enquiry inbox is picked up automatically.

Draft reply + hot/cold scoring

Each enquiry is tagged by job type and urgency, missing details are flagged, and a draft reply is written in your tone. Hot leads trigger an alert to you.

You approve, lead logged, follow-up ready

You approve the reply (quotes and prices always wait for you). The lead goes into a Google Sheet with a status and next action, and if they go quiet, a follow-up is drafted (or sent automatically, if you choose).

FAQ

Who owns the workflow and the data?

You do. Everything runs on your n8n account and your Google Sheet, using your AI key. We don't host anything.

Is your customers' data safe? Who sees it?

Enquiries pass through your own n8n, your Google Sheet and your AI provider. You're the data controller. We only have access during setup, and that access is removed at handover.

What access do you need, and how do you take it back?

Ideally a temporary user on your n8n (or server) and the accounts being connected. After handover you remove that user or change those credentials, and we can talk you through it.

Don't have n8n yet? Is that a problem?

No. You can sign up for n8n Cloud (from €20/month billed annually, paid to n8n), or we can install n8n free on a server you own.

What do you need from the business owner?

Access to your n8n (or your server), the enquiry form or inbox to connect, a Google account for the lead sheet, your AI API key, and a quick rundown of your services and how you like to word things.

Will it send emails without the owner checking them?

Only if you want it to. By default you approve every draft; if you choose, routine replies and follow-ups can go out automatically. Quotes and prices always need your approval.

What does it cost to run each month?

Your n8n plan (or server), plus AI usage billed per use by your provider. We don't charge any ongoing fee.

Who is responsible for my customers' data?

You are the controller. During setup we act as your data processor; a short data processing agreement is available on request.

What happens after delivery?

You get a handover walkthrough and written notes. Any changes after handover are quoted separately.
